NOGI

NOGI or Submission grappling a dynamic form of grappling, students attending a NOGI class do not wear the traditional Kimono or GI but shorts and a rash guard. The history of wrestling go’s back centuries and can be linked to may countries around the world but the No Gi variation of Jiu Jitsu is a much more modern in relation to older forms of grappling.
The history of No Gi Jiu Jitsu runs parallel to that of traditional Gi Jiu Jitsu but over the past 20 years has really come into the spot light and evolved fully into its own art leaning heavily on principles from jiu jitsu, wrestling, catch wrestling, judo, luta livre and many other grappling arts.

Students will have the opportunity to learn jiu jitsu principles adapted to a NOGI situations.

All students from beginner to advanced are welcome to attend all NOGI classes.
