Beginner class - how and what will I learn ?
Building good habits from white to blue belt in Jiu Jitsu is one of the most critical aspects of long-term success and injury-free progression in the art. The habits you form as a white belt often define your entire foundation, and they're much harder to change once they’re ingrained. this is why it is critical for us as beginner to be guided in the right direction and build not only the technical and conceptual understanding but he philosophical and cultural understanding of the art.
The Beginner program is 6 main modules of learning, these modules are designed to maximise you understanding of jiu jitsu from the ground up so to speak, and give you a solid unbreakable foundation.

Module 2: Guard Retention & Closed Guard Fundamentals
Module 3: Sweeps & Reversals
