The DC Jiu Jitsu 9 to 12 year old class is a dynamic and exiting jiu jitsu class aimed to develop not only the understanding of jiu jitsu but the development of young adults to achieve there goals on and off the jiu jitsu mats, at DC Jiu Jitsu believe jiu jitsu is a amazing way reinforce healthy values and habits in all areas of life.
9 to 12 year old classes run in both GI and NOGI over 4 days of the week
students are welcome to attend all 4 classes or can mix and match classes (see timetable for class times and booking)

Typical Class Flow:
Warm‑up & Movement Drills (10 minutes) — shrimps, rolls, coordination games

Game or Cool‑down (5–10 minutes) — often wraps with a fun activity or lined‑up acknowledgment.
